Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a time-honored, evidence-based therapy that enhances the body’s natural healing abilities by gently inserting fine, sterile needles into specific points to stimulate circulation and balance energy flow (Qi). This holistic approach not only alleviates pain and reduces stress but also addresses the root causes of various conditions, making it effective for chronic pain, digestive disorders, and sleep disturbances, among others. Suitable for individuals of all ages, acupuncture offers a safe, drug-free solution that promotes overall well-being and helps prevent illness, allowing you to take a proactive step toward a healthier life.
FSN (Fu's Subcutaneous Needling) Acupuncture
Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling (FSN) is a modern needling
technique targets especially for musculoskeletal painful
disorders, such as stiff neck, shoulder, elbow, waist and
knee pain. This procedure is performed by inserting a
special trocar needle into the subcutaneous layer. In
some cases, FSN could provide immediate and
significant relief of the pain in trigger points.
Sports Medicine Acupuncture
Sports Medicine Acupuncture (SMA) blends traditional Chinese acupuncture with modern knowledge of anatomy, sports injuries, and physical therapy. It incorporates manual muscle testing (MMT), motor point needling, neurological assessment, and functional movement analysis to identify and treat the root cause of pain and dysfunction.
SMA targets muscles, joints, and nerves to relieve pain, restore balance, and improve movement. It is especially effective for back pain, shoulder tension, knee problems, poor posture, and sports-related injuries — helping you recover faster and move better.
Cupping and Moxa (Guasha) /Needle free session
Moxa & Cupping are great alternatives for those who are hesitant about acupuncture needles, offering unique healing benefits.
Moxa (Moxibustion): Uses gentle heat to improve circulation, relieve pain, boost immunity, and support digestion. It is especially beneficial for cold-related discomfort and chronic pain.
Cupping Therapy: Creates suction to release muscle tension, reduce inflammation, improve blood flow, detoxify the body, and promote deep relaxation.
These therapies are included in acupuncture treatments.
Facial / Scalp Acupuncture
Facial and scalp acupuncture are specialized techniques within Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that focus on stimulating acupuncture points on the face and scalp to promote health, beauty, and neurological function.
Facial Acupuncture
Improve skin health: Enhances blood circulation, boosts collagen production, and promotes skin elasticity.
Reduce wrinkles and fine lines: Stimulates facial muscles, improving skin tone and reducing sagging.
Help with acne and pigmentation: Regulates oil production and improves skin healing.
Relieve facial tension: Helps with jaw tightness, TMJ disorder, and stress-related wrinkles.
Improve overall well-being: Since facial acupuncture is part of holistic medicine, it also balances internal organ function, affecting overall health.
Scalp Acupuncture
Neurological disorders: Stroke recovery, Bell’s palsy, Parkinson’s disease, and multiple sclerosis.
Headaches and migraines: Helps relieve tension, cluster, and migraine headaches.
Hair loss and scalp health: Stimulates blood flow to hair follicles, promoting hair growth.
Mental health: Helps with anxiety, depression, and cognitive function.
Both techniques work by enhancing circulation, regulating the nervous system, and promoting natural healing responses in the body. They are often combined with full-body acupuncture for optimal results.
Aesthetics
Aesthetic treatments encompass a range of medical procedures designed to enhance physical appearance and patient satisfaction through non-invasive to minimally invasive cosmetic techniques.
